Am I the only one who believes that it was her all along? Surely it has to be beyond mere coincidence that everywhere that woman went one of her "friends" turned up dead?

Alternatively, being a friend of Ms Fletcher would lead to the police arresting you on suspicion of murdering that episode's victim, normally within minutes of her arriving for a "visit"! I do not believe it is possible to count the many times that nephew Grady was accused!
